Keyshia Michelle Cole (born October 15, 1981) is an American singer, songwriter and actress, born in Oakland, California. In 2002, she was introduced to A&M Records executive Ron Fair, who signed her to Geffen. In 2005, Cole released her debut studio album, "The Way It Is", which peaked in the top ten of the Billboard 200 chart at position 6 and features 5 singles two of which "I Should have Cheated" and "Love" reached the top 30 of Billboard Hot 100. Two years later, she released her second studio album, "Just Like You" (2007), which peaked at 2 in the United States, and produced 5 singles including the two top 10 "Let it Go" and "Last Night" as well as 3 first R&B Hot 100 number one singles. Cole's third studio album, A Different Me released in December 2008, also reached 2 on the US Billboard 100 and saw the release of 3 singles. Her fourth studio album Calling All Hearts (2010), reached the top 10 on the US Album Charts at a peak of 9. Cole's fifth studio album is planned to be released in 2012.. . ...
